Note: Farmers Markets in Ontario allow food preparation without a commercial kitchen. With the introduction of accessible and simplified home kitchen certification, this market now requires kitchens to be certified by PPH to sell prepared foods at the market.

All Primary AgFood vendors are to have MyPick Certification or other suitable certifications to ensure you sell what you grow (poultry, dairy, meat etc.) Reselling of farm products is carefully managed and allowed only by approval from the Steering Committee. Reselling of Food Terminal produce is not allowed.

Note: Since 2022, we allow for an associative agreement whereby more than one vendor can occupy a stall. The primary vendor pays the full fee, then an additional associate vendor (maximum two additional associates) can occupy the same stall at 1/2 the stall cost. An additional flat rate of $5 + HST per market day will be applied. Only select Saturday parking if you absolutely must have your vehicle/trailer to serve your stall. Saturday parking is free off-site throughout Peterborough.
Vehicle must not have any leaking fluids that may stain the concrete.
